Our succession coaching: from theory to practice
At the start of our succession coaching, we check your existing know-how, take a look at your future business on site and jointly determine the tasks that lie ahead of you. We then set about building up your specific theoretical basis. This may involve areas such as business organization, costing, sales, marketing, financing or negotiating. Of course, we don’t work according to a formula, but tailor the coaching to the actual situation in your company. We are also happy to bring your parents on board as the person handing over the business and other key people in the family business.
