Restructuring and reorganization
Restructuring and refurbishment
A crisis does not usually happen overnight, but rather announces itself over a longer period of time. The sooner you become aware of the challenges, the more scope you have for effective solution strategies.
We support early restructuring measures
We accompany early restructuring measures
The advantage of correcting the processes or the structure of your company at an early stage: you have more time. You have more options. You have more financial resources. With this buffer, we can identify the causes of the crisis together in peace. We can sound out opportunities, develop scenarios and draw up a sustainable strategy for you to get off to a fresh start. This also leaves you enough time to initiate new financing and simply remain capable of acting.
Under time pressure: out-of-court restructuring
Has your company’s situation already deteriorated? We would also be happy to support you with an out-of-court or in-court restructuring. Together we will examine which restructuring approach is the most suitable. In most cases, everything has to be done quickly and there is a lot more pressure on everyone involved: for example, you have to negotiate with creditors and win them over for a restructuring. Negotiations with financing partners also have to be conducted at short notice. This is because sufficient financial resources must be available for an out-of-court restructuring or a restructuring by means of the Stabilization and Restructuring Framework Act (StaRUG) – the issue of delayed insolvency often hovers over the entire situation.
At the same time, the status quo of the company must be fully recorded and a promising plan for the future developed. Of course, the day-to-day business must not be forgotten either. We are at your side as a partner for all challenges.
