Under time pressure: out-of-court restructuring<\/strong><\/h3>

Has your company’s situation already deteriorated? We would also be happy to support you with an out-of-court or in-court restructuring. Together we will examine which restructuring approach is the most suitable. In most cases, everything has to be done quickly and there is a lot more pressure on everyone involved: for example, you have to negotiate with creditors and win them over for a restructuring. Negotiations with financing partners also have to be conducted at short notice. This is because sufficient financial resources must be available for an out-of-court restructuring or a restructuring by means of the Stabilization and Restructuring Framework Act (StaRUG) – the issue of delayed insolvency often hovers over the entire situation. <\/p>
